Senior IT Sales Manager
We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Senior IT Sales Manager.

Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience in a relevant role
- Business achievements on past projects
- Deep knowledge of Marketing and Business Development principles
- Experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques
- Expertise in full-cycle sales processes (from intro-call to deal)
- Experience in budget planning and management for sales activities and initiatives.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
- Proven track record of expanding business reach through strategic networking and industry engagement.
- Ability to connect and collaborate with key stakeholders and influencers to drive business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of the English language
- Proactivity, client orientation, system thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Building an effective sales process, searching and attracting clients and projects
- Communicating with potential customers/partners through the entire sales cycle and after making a deal
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of IT staffing services.
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Supervising and managing sales expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Harnessing professional networks and industry relationships
- Strategic engagement with industry associations and events to broaden networking opportunities and establish thought leadership.
